One 1Medical® Clinic offers two types of telehealth appointments: phone and video telehealth. All telehealth consults are eligible for a medicare rebate for patients who have been seen in person at One 1Medical® in the last 12 months. For new patients, those who have not been seen in the last 12 months or those without Medicare, no rebate applies. Please refer to our billing policy page for up to date fees.

Video Telehealth consults A video consult involves a call to you over Skype.


Phone or Audio Telehealth Consults

A phone telehealth consult involves a phone call to your phone number from a General Practitioner. Medicare offers rebates for a limited range of phone telehealth appointments and for this reason you must familiarise yourself with what types of consults can be conducted over the phone, and which ones requires a video consult – prior to booking.
